SCHEDULE
INOTEX Talent is a job acceleration that brings together companies and young people, especially graduates and students alike. This two-day event will bring major corporations to talented youngsters who are contemplating their future, ultimately leading to job opportunities and the ability of young people to make informed decisions about choosing the right job.
During the event, young people will meet with organizations and strengthen their abilities to achieve appropriate jobs. In the first part, participants will learn about discovering their value and market share. In the second part, participants will practice what they have learned and offer themselves to companies.
Here, they receive feedbacks from companies about improving their delivery to the organs, as well as informed decision making about choosing different business paths. Ultimately, this will lead to job opportunities and the ability of young people to make informed decisions about choosing the right job.
