Exhibitors generally have a lot of difficulties in identifying their potential partners and partners at the exhibition, due to lack of access to additional information from other exhibitors and visitors. The broker will take steps to set up a meeting, book the negotiating room, hold a meeting and set up a memorandum of understanding between the parties (in case of agreement). Broker also tries to make these initial agreements and provide financial facilities for the contract.
