INOTEX 2025 Job Station is designed to showcase job opportunities in the technology and innovation ecosystem.

INOTEX, as the country's largest technology and innovation event, hosts over one hundred thousand visitors from across the country. One of the sections of this exhibition is the Job Station, which aims to attract human resources for companies active in the technology and innovation ecosystem, identify university specialists and elites, and train human capital employed in the ecosystem.

JobMeet Event

Companies from the Pardis Technology Park will showcase their job and internship opportunities at this exhibition, and job seekers can also submit their resumes to express their readiness to participate in these job opportunities.

Human Resources Ranking Scheme

Job seekers' resumes are reviewed and ranked, and then made available to member companies. Job interviews are conducted at the Job Station. With the implementation of the job seeker ranking scheme by the Human Capital Development Center, the human resource recruitment process is facilitated for employers.

Job Cafe

Another section of the Job Station is the Job Cafe. These sessions will host prominent human resource professors on a daily basis during the INOTEX exhibition.

Career Counseling

Career counseling and coaching for INOTEX exhibition visitors is another Job Station program, which is conducted with the presence of mentors and career counselors.
