The emerging literature on human capital development has highlighted the role of knowledge workers as a key resource in knowledge-based and technological companies. On the other hand, the existence of a significant number of knowledge-based and technological companies and the importance of the position of human capital in these companies has made the need to create processes to monitor and identify, train, empower and maintain these capitals even more sensitive.
The alarming situation originates from the fact that, on the one hand, identifying, empowering and maintaining these forces has become a fundamental challenge, and on the other hand, the migration of people abroad has become a crisis.
In this panel, with the presence of experts and human resource managers of large companies and holdings, the importance of knowledge-based human capital in knowledge-based and technological companies will be discussed first, and new strategies for attracting and maintaining these funds will be examined.
