Connecting Employers and Job Seekers

According to the INOTEX 2024 exhibition news headquarters, the Job Station is one of the sections of the INOTEX exhibition where Pardis Technology Park companies showcase their job and internship opportunities, and job seekers can submit their resumes to express their readiness for these opportunities.

Job seekers' resumes will be reviewed and ranked, and then made available to participating companies. Job interviews will be held at the Job Station.

The implementation of the job seeker ranking plan by the Human Capital Development Center will facilitate the recruitment process for employers.

Career Café and Career Counseling

Another part of the Job Station is the Career Café. These sessions will be held daily during the INOTEX exhibition and will feature prominent human resources professors.

Career counseling and coaching for INOTEX exhibition visitors is another Job Station program that will be held with the presence of mentors and career counselors.
