Design and Development of Pardazesh Hamkaran Launches Hardware-Free Cloud Contact Center at INOTEX 2025 with AI Management Capabilities

Pardazesh Hamkaran, based at the Growth Center of Pardis Technology Park, announced a next-generation cloud-based contact center system that operates without any physical hardware.

According to the INOTEX 2025 News Desk, this platform, developed since 2021 (1400 in the Iranian calendar), eliminates traditional equipment such as PBX phones, enabling small and large businesses to launch a professional organizational contact center entirely via the internet.

Mohammad Hossein Janbazi, Head of Sales, explained that the system offers virtual dedicated lines and features such as:

Users can connect to the contact center from any location with internet access using just a free app on mobile, laptop, or PC, removing the need for physical devices. The system also enables real-time monitoring and management for remote teams.

Janbazi highlighted additional capabilities, including customizable lines based on staff size, and the ability to separate departments such as sales, support, and business development. A demo version is available for interested parties.
